Michael Vincent Manalo
MVM, from Manila, Philippines, is a visual artist who focuses on photography, photo-manipulation and installations. His work is inspired by the imagined memories of nostalgic and dream-like environments; his work documents their decline into post-apocalyptic, nightmarish creations. MVM also co-founded an art zine called "Magazine 43". which is a print-on-demand magazine that promotes emerging and established contemporary artists to the masses.
Manalo has exhibited in many countries around the world, and has earned several nominations, awards, prizes, and credentials.
